Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your shipment for most items, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns on:
Non-Returnable Items:
- Pest & insect prevention products (due to safety regulations)
- Opened lawn growth chemicals or solutions
- Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging
- Custom-ordered or special purchase outdoor equipment
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
