Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: We currently don’t ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your shipment for most items, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Pest & insect prevention products
- Opened lawn growth chemicals or solutions
- Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging
- Custom-ordered or special purchase outdoor equipment
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Wait for authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package your item securely in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued
Note: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days after we process it).
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping charges apply for replacement items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
